Release of liability

Every adult rider, driver, passenger and chase-team member accepts this waiver for themselves when registering. A parent or guardian accepts it for a rider under 18.

This is not a guided tour. Each rider is responsible for their own machine, gear, documents, insurance and riding, on remote trails far from medical help.
